1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time: - Full refund: You will receive a full refund of the booking amount, excluding any non-refundable fees or charges related to credit/debit card fees, through the payment processor system.
2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time: - No refund: You will forfeit the entire amount paid; it is a non-refundable deposit. 
3. No-shows: - No refund: If you fail to show up for your booking without prior notice or cancellation, no refund will be provided for the booking amount.
